Our online store specializes in car parts, oils, lubricants, and accessories sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and their official representatives. We guarantee that all products we offer meet the highest quality standards and the manufacturer’s specified requirements.
Returns
If you have purchased a product that does not meet your expectations or is defective, you have the right to return or exchange it. Returns are processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and our established policies.

Products must be returned to: Tolimoji 68, Vilnius 11307, Lithuania.
Return Conditions
When returning products, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this requirement does not apply to defective products).
- The product must be unused and retain its original appearance (undamaged labels, protective films not removed, etc.) (this requirement does not apply to defective products).
- The returned product must be in the same complete set as received.
- Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the product.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned products if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in these rules.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method that the Customer used for the transaction. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the product is received.
If a quality (non-defective) product is returned, the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If a defective product is returned, the return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

This policy ensures that our customers receive only the highest quality products and benefit from a convenient return process.
In the event of a dispute, it will be resolved amicably and directly with the buyer. In extreme cases, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter – the “Terms”), upon their approval by the Buyer (after reviewing the Terms and ticking the box next to the statement “I have read and agree to the Terms of ‘euparts.eu’”), shall constitute a legally binding document for the parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and MB “Euparts”, company code 306627799, registered address Perkūnkiemio 19, Vilnius, 12120 (hereinafter – the “Seller”), the conditions for purchasing goods and paying for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the sale and purchase of goods in the online store “euparts.eu”.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms at any time. Amendments shall apply only to new orders placed after the changes have been made. A registered Buyer shall be informed about any changes, corrections, or additions upon logging into the “euparts.eu” website and, in order to shop in the online store, must reconfirm their agreement to the updated Terms. These Terms are effective as of March 1, 2012.
1.3. The online store “euparts.eu” operates only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.4. The right to purchase in the “euparts.eu” online store is granted to: legally capable natural persons; minors between fourteen and eighteen years of age only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except where they independently dispose of their income; legal entities; and authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.5. By agreeing to the Terms of “euparts.eu”, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods in the online store.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer shall be processed solely for the purposes of selling goods and services in the “euparts.eu” online store, conducting the Seller’s business analysis, and direct marketing, except where the Buyer informs, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Terms, that they do not wish their personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except to the Seller’s partners who provide delivery services or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. By approving these Terms, the Buyer agrees that their personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address) shall be processed for the purposes of the Seller’s business analysis and direct marketing, even if, after registration, they do not select a suitable product. By agreeing to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the “euparts.eu” online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages to the email address provided.
2.3. A Buyer who does not wish their email address to be processed for direct marketing purposes must remove the check mark next to the statement “News by email”.
3. Conclusion and Validity of the Sale and Purchase Agreement
3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the product(s), formed a shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, chosen a payment method, reviewed these Terms in the “euparts.eu” online store, and clicked the “Order” link. The Seller is not obliged to separately notify the Buyer of its acceptance to conclude the agreement. The Seller is deemed to have confirmed the order from the moment it begins executing it.
3.2. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be valid from the moment of its conclusion until both parties fully fulfill all obligations related to it.
3.3. Each sale and purchase agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be registered and stored in the “euparts.eu” online store database.
4. Buyer’s Rights
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the “euparts.eu” online store in accordance with these Terms and the established procedure of the online store.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement concluded in the “euparts.eu” online store in accordance with the Rules on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded by Means of Communication, approved by Order No. 258 of August 17, 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, by notifying the Seller in writing (by email), indicating the product to be returned and its order number, no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the ordered item(s), except in cases where the contract has been concluded for:
4.2.1. the supply of audio and video works and phonograms on any audio or video media, and computer software, where the Buyer has damaged the protective packaging;
4.2.2. the supply of books, newspapers, magazines, or other periodical publications;
4.2.3. the supply of cosmetics, perfumery, household chemicals, and hygiene products;
4.2.4. goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned, including perishable products and products with expired shelf life;
4.2.5. other cases where withdrawal from the sale and purchase agreement is not possible under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. Buyer’s Obligations
5.1. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login data, they must immediately inform the Seller using the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section.
5.2. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer must update it without delay.
5.3. When using the “euparts.eu” online store, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Terms and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Seller’s Rights
6.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to “euparts.eu” or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
6.2. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the “euparts.eu” online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
6.3. The Seller has the right, at its discretion, to set a minimum shopping cart amount required for the execution of the Buyer’s order.
6.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer, having selected payment by bank transfer/e-banking system, fails to pay for the goods within 24 (twenty-four) hours from placing the order.
6.5. If the Buyer chooses payment “Cash on delivery”, the Seller shall contact the Buyer by phone in case of uncertainties regarding the information provided in the order. In such a case, the delivery period shall begin from the date of contact with the Buyer. The Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice if it fails to contact the Buyer within 3 (three) working days.
7. Seller’s Obligations
7.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by “euparts.eu” in accordance with these Terms and the conditions set in the online store.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding personal information specified in the registration form, except in cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address chosen by the Buyer under the conditions set out in these Terms.
7.4. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods, it undertakes to offer an analogous or as similar as possible product. If the Buyer refuses to accept such a product, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 3 (three) working days, if advance payment has been made.
8. Product Prices, Payment Procedure, and Terms
8.1. Product prices in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros. The Seller is a VAT payer. All prices include VAT.
8.2. The Buyer may pay for goods using one of the following methods:
8.3. Payments may be made via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas electronic banking services, and Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are possible in euros. Payments are processed via the “Klix by Citadele” payment platform. The Buyer receives order confirmation immediately after successful payment.
8.4. By approving the Terms, the Buyer agrees that purchase documents – VAT invoices, which also serve as warranty certificates – shall be provided electronically to the email address specified in the Buyer’s registration form. The invoices shall indicate the selected goods, their quantity, applicable discounts, final price including all taxes, delivery fees, and other data required by accounting regulations.
8.5. The Seller reserves the right to change payment methods by announcing this in the “euparts.eu” online store.
9. Delivery of Goods
9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer may choose the method of delivery, i.e., use the Seller’s delivery service (LP Express, UNISEND, Omniva, Venipak, DPD, DHL) or collect the goods at the Seller’s “euparts.eu” collection point. Delivery prices start from 1 EUR. During purchase, the Buyer selects the appropriate delivery method and is informed of the delivery price. Delivery takes from 1 to 14 days.
9.2. For the convenience of Buyers and to save time, the Seller provides delivery services under the following provisions:
9.2.1. The Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address when choosing delivery.
9.2.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. If unable to do so, and the goods are delivered to the indicated address based on the Buyer’s provided data, the Buyer shall not have the right to submit claims to the Seller regarding delivery to an improper recipient.
9.2.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.
9.3. The Seller shall be released from liability for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances attributable to the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller shall deliver goods in accordance with the deadlines specified in product descriptions. These deadlines are preliminary and do not apply where the required goods are not available in the Seller’s warehouse and the Buyer is informed accordingly.
9.5. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such case, the Seller shall immediately contact the Buyer to agree on delivery terms.
9.6. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and the goods together with the Seller or its representative and sign the delivery-acceptance document. Once signed, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in proper condition and without visible defects or discrepancies in completeness detectable by external inspection.
9.7. If the Buyer notices damaged packaging, they must indicate this in the delivery-acceptance document and draw up a free-form damage report in the presence of the Seller or its representative. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability for defects that could have been identified during external inspection.
9.8. Detailed information regarding delivery and delivery prices is provided with each product.
10. Product Quality Guarantee, Returns, and Exchanges
10.1. The characteristics of each product sold at “euparts.eu” are generally described in the product description. The Seller is not responsible if the products in the online store do not correspond in color, shape, or other parameters to the actual product due to the display features used by the Buyer.
10.2. The Seller provides a quality guarantee for certain products for a specified period indicated in their descriptions.
10.3. Where no separate guarantee is provided, the guarantee established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
10.4. The Seller does not provide warranty service but accepts warranty goods at the “euparts.eu” collection point and delivers them to the warranty service center. Warranty goods must be delivered to Tolimoji g. 68, Vilnius, unless otherwise specified in the warranty certificate.
10.5. Defects in sold goods shall be eliminated, and defective goods shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the Rules on Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.6. To return goods in cases provided for in these Terms, the Buyer must complete the return document included with the ordered goods and submit it together with the returned product.
10.7. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:
10.7.1. the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (except when returning defective goods);
10.7.2. the product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
10.7.3. the product must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.) (except when returning defective goods);
10.7.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as received;
10.7.5. the purchase document, warranty certificate (if issued), and completed return document must be provided.
10.7.6. The Seller has the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure.
10.10. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.11. Refunds for returned goods shall in all cases be transferred to the payer’s bank account.
11. Marketing Measures Applied by the Seller
11.1. The Seller may initiate various promotions in the “euparts.eu” online store at its discretion.
11.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change or cancel the terms of promotions without separate notice.
12. Exchange of Information
12.1. The Seller shall send all notices to the email address or postal address provided by the Buyer in accordance with these Terms.
12.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and inquiries using the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section of the “euparts.eu” online store.
13. Liability
13.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If incorrect data is provided, the Seller shall not be liable for resulting consequences and may claim compensation for direct losses incurred.
13.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed while using the “euparts.eu” online store.
13.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of login data to third parties. If a third party uses the services by logging in with the Buyer’s credentials, the Seller shall consider that person as the Buyer.
13.4. The Seller shall be released from liability where losses arise because the Buyer, despite having the opportunity, failed to review these Terms.
13.5. If the online store contains links to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there and does not supervise or represent them.
13.6. In the event of damage, the liable party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.
13.7. The Seller shall not be responsible for the proper performance of mutual obligations between the Buyer and the Seller’s partners whose services the Buyer orders.
14. Final Provisions
14.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
14.2. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relationships arising from these Terms.
14.3. All disputes arising from the application and execution of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
14.4. The Buyer and the Seller shall be released from the performance of obligations under these Terms if such performance is impossible due to force majeure circumstances as defined by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
